Beginning with the 2012 Daytona 500, Smithfield Foods, Inc., has embarked on a, multiyear, integrated partnership with Richard Petty Motorsports.

With the partnership, Smithfield Foods will engage in a series of unique promotional initiatives with its core products throughout the NASCAR Sprint Series campaign. Several of Smithfield Foods brands also will adorn the legendary No. 43 Ford Fusion. For 15 races, including the Daytona 500, Smithfield Foods will serve the team’s primary sponsor.
